Kainos is a direct from factory no-middlemen manufacturer of all our concrete products, we are not like Takealot 🤣.
Concrete products are heavy and difficult to handle thus traditional forms of courier services often cost more than the items themselves.
Thus the delivery logistics of your products may require some assistance.
Free Collections
Many customers with large orders simply hire a trailer to transport the items back home themselves. Our team will happily load your car / trailer or bakkie for you at our factory in Centurion. Please email us so that we can coordinate your collection and so that we can have your items ready for you when you arrive.
Deliveries
We do have a bakkie to handle the delivery of orders but in some cases (Particularly with Large Concrete Items) may require some help on your end in taking some items off our vehicle. Our guy is pretty strong but he would appreciate a helping hand to ensure the safe delivery of ordered items at your house.
Concrete products are by nature quite tough however in transit they are most vulnerable to chips particularly if mishandled. Kainos make every effort to ensure that your pots and water features are delivered unscathed however the responsibility is on you to inspect your items, if defects are discovered after your delivery, we do NOT offer replacement services. So please ensure you are happy with the product on delivery and that it has been inspected before accepting items.
Deliveries are made to order and may take up to 7 working days from the date of your purchase. Please email us so that we can coordinate your delivery with your and our delivery schedules. If the driver arrives at your property and you are NOT home and there is nowhere to safely leave your items, you may have to pay another delivery fee.
Delivery fees are set to a flat rate of R100 for a simgle item or a full bakkie load, so get as much out of your delivery as you can.
Collection of products from our factory in Centurion is free! We are happy to refund part of your delivery fee for orders within 10 kilometers of our factory in Centurion.
Bulk and Recurring Orders
Landscaping and retail outlets ordering products in bulk may negotiate rates and terms beyond the offerings on this site to and suit your business requirements. Please feel free to contact Kainos Garden direct.
Payment Terms
All items ordered online on KainosGarden.co.za or KainosGarden.com are subject to cash on delivery or a cleared EFT transfer or a valid proof of payment before items will be delivered. Please ensure that you incude the your order reference number in your order reciept email or under my account section.
